1.回答準確，內(nèi)容充實。 對于考官的每一個問題，考生應當給予豐滿的回答，一味回答YES/NO,會使自己陷入被動，給考官太多機會隨機發(fā)問，反而增加難度。建議圍繞考官問題充分給予生動描述，因果解釋，對照對比，列舉總結，這樣考官就很難有太多疑問來轟炸你。
2.用詞恰當豐富，時態(tài)準確，無明顯語法錯誤?？谡Z注重過去，現(xiàn)在和將來三個時態(tài)的準備表達，考生不能掉以輕心。用詞盡量避免重復，多使用描述性詞匯，會使表達形象生動。
3.邏輯清晰，思維連貫。口語表達中適當?shù)氖褂弥T如舉例，遞進，列舉，因果，時間等連接詞，會使表達層次分明，清楚易懂。對于態(tài)度偏好類提問，要立場分明，論據(jù)與立場相關，否則會讓考官感到考生思維不清。
4.語速適中，發(fā)音標準，表達流暢。漂亮的發(fā)音會使考官眼前一亮，語速太快會給考官帶來聽力障礙，流利表達是考取高分的關鍵。
5.目光交流，保持微笑，自信友善，穿戴正規(guī)，用人格魅力贏得考官的青睞。雅思口試同時也測試了考生的交際本領，體現(xiàn)了考生的交友情商。
